2026 Candidate Town of East Troy
Town Board Supervisor
When we decide to endorse candidates, we care about whether someone shows up, listens, and treats people fairly. We care about common sense, honesty, and whether the books balance at the end of the day. That’s why We the Town People are supporting Chris Trebatoski for Town Supervisor.
Chris isn’t new to hard work or to Wisconsin. He grew up here, raised his family here, built a small business here, and chose to make East Troy his home after years of looking. Like many of us, he’s dealt firsthand with permits, zoning, red tape, and the frustration of trying to do things the right way and still getting slowed down.
What stands out to us is this: Chris understands that small towns only work when government remembers who it serves. He believes taxes should be handled carefully, debt should be used sparingly, and borrowing money to cover everyday expenses just doesn’t make sense. That’s how families run their households, and that’s how the Town of East Troy should be run too.
We also respect that Chris believes rules should apply the same to everyone. Whether you live on the lake or down the road, whether you’re well-connected or just trying to get by, fairness matters. Double standards don’t belong in a town like ours.
Chris has spent decades solving problems, listening to people on all sides, and standing up for individual rights while respecting the community as a whole. He knows that protecting our natural resources goes hand-in-hand with personal responsibility, education, and cooperation—not just more rules and more enforcement.
Most of all, Chris believes in talking things through. In listening before deciding. In disagreeing without tearing each other down. That kind of leadership feels rare these days, but it’s exactly what the Town of East Troy needs.
We’re not a political organization. We’re just neighbors who care about the future of the Town of East Troy. After watching, listening, and thinking it over, we believe Chris Trebatoski has the steady hand, experience, and common-sense values to serve us well.
That’s why we’re proud to support him—and why we hope you’ll take a good look too. It’s easy, you’ll find out more on www.treb4toet.com.
“We must work together to ensure our government is truly of and by the people.”
